Focus on Advanced Liquid-Cooling Solutions

As demand for higher-density compute environments grows, liquid cooling continues to gain traction as a more efficient, sustainable alternative to traditional air-cooling methods. Hydratech will attend the Summit with a focus on its advanced data centre liquid cooling fluids, engineered to deliver exceptional thermal stability, corrosion protection, and energy efficiency.

This includes Hydratech’s performance enhancing Coolflow DTX® Primary Cooling Fluid, a hybridized glycol, significantly more energy efficient than propylene glycol. With the same low toxicity credentials of PG, DTX is available with NSF HT-1 food-safe creditation. DTX has lower viscosity, better thermal conductivity and greater density than PG at all concentrations and temperatures — making it ideal for hyperscale, enterprise, and colocation facilities looking to improve PUE and manage rising thermal loads.

Hydratech will also highlight their ongoing developments in next-gen nanofluid technology. By harnessing the latest advances in nanoparticle, enzyme and inhibitor technology, Hydratech have developed a range of thermodynamically optimised, plant-based, long-life thermal fluids and performance additives that are proven to improve system efficiency and CoP, which in turn reduces energy costs and lowers CO2 emissions.

Specialist Maintenance, Modification & Optimisation Services

Alongside its fluid formulations, the Hydratech Services Division provides a comprehensive suite of engineering services designed to help data centres achieve optimal performance throughout the lifecycle of their cooling systems.

These include:

  • Fluid testing and analysis provided by Hydratech's in-house laboratory, to verify the condition of thermal fluid and system. The detailed report includes Key Observations and Key Recommendations.
  • Preconditioning plus PPM of thermal fluids & systems to extend asset lifecycle and maximise heat transfer efficiency. Initial flushing, passivation & sterilisation of new or remediated systems is fundamental to long term operational efficiency and lifecycle. As is the subsequent monitoring and management of fluid condition and maintaining sufficient inhibitor reserves.
  • Maintenance, modification & optimisation services of HVAC, hydronic, refrigeration and process cooling systems. Hydratech Services Division specialise in improving the thermodynamic and energy efficiency of large commercial cooling and heating systems. Via M&V energy audits, HSD can highlight performance gaps between design specification and actual operating load. Using hydronic software and computer modelling, HSD can implement thermal fluid, equipment and BMS upgrades to improve efficiency by >15%.

Hydratech Services Division work directly with data centre operators, M&E contractors, and design teams to ensure systems run efficiently, safely, and sustainably — particularly as the industry moves toward net-zero targets.

Supporting the Future of Sustainable Data Centre Design & Operation

By attending the Summit, Hydratech aims to contribute to the ongoing conversation around energy-efficient data centre design, engineering & construction. While deepening relationships with designers, engineers, and operators committed to advancing liquid cooling technologies. Hydratech looks forward to engaging with attendees and sponsors, to share technical expertise and support the industry’s evolution toward high-performance, low-carbon, and future-ready thermal management solutions.
