Each system was flushed, cleaned, pressure‑tested, and verified to meet strict performance and safety standards. The pre-treatment cleaning project guaranteed every system was ready for seamless commissioning without delays or costly rework.
Hydratech deployed its specialist engineering team, advanced flushing and filling rigs (designed and fabricated in-house), and precision monitoring equipment to prepare the data centre cooling system for service. To complete Hydratech’s end-to-end fluid solution, the system was filled with Coolflow DTX™, a non-toxic performance enhancing hybridized glycol that is significantly more energy efficient than propylene glycol.
The process demanded both technical expertise and logistical coordination, as all 80 closed loop systems had to be brought online within tight timeframes while maintaining the highest quality.

Hydratech Services Division (HSD) was formed in 2018 following customer demand, to provide a range of proactive and reactive on-site and off-site maintenance, modification and optimisation services, for fluids and associated cooling and heating systems.
