Dosing

Dosing depends on system size, construction materials, and fluid condition. For this reason, we recommend a system fluid sample is taken and analysed prior to any remedial work. Hydratech offers comprehensive testing and analysis services, for more information visit - Testing & Analysis

Recommended standard dosing
Dose Sureflow COR7 at 20 litres per 2000 litres of system volume, or 1% v/v of the total system volume.

Recommended top-up dose
Dose Sureflow COR7 at 0.23% of total system volume will raise molybdate reserves by 100ppm. However, we strongly recommend testing the corrosion inhibitor levels to assess the current levels before proceeding with dosing.

We suggest sampling and analysing system fluids biannually to catch any issues early.
