Dosing

Always take a system fluid sample prior to any remedial works to establish the fluid condition. Our Fluid Management or Fluid Monitoring services may be of interest if you need assistance with this.

For a lightly contaminated system:
Flush the system using a mixture of DIW and HSC4, dosed at 170 Litres per 1,000 litres of system volume, or 17% v/v of the total system volume.

For a heavily contaminated system:
Flush the system using a mixture of DIW and HSC4, dosed at 90 Litres per 1,000 litres of system volume, or 9% v/v of the total system volume.

We suggest sampling and analysing system fluids biannually to catch any issues early.
