Job Description:
As a result of continued success and a planned programme of strategic growth for 2012 and beyond, we are seeking an enthusiastic and highly self motivated internal Technical Sales professional with proven experience in a demanding sales office, to compliment our dynamic team of business development professionals.

Candidates will use their technical knowledge and expertise to assess enquiries, prepare quotations, respond to customer's technical queries and provide comprehensive telephone support to customers and engineers on site in a prompt, courteous and effective manner.

You will be expected to develop and maintain effective working relationships that encourage new business from existing and potential customers and provide support to our external Business Development team, helping them to advise customers on the range of products marketed.

It is essential that the successful candidate is able to demonstrate a high level of PC literacy, previous use of a CRM system and MS Office software (including Outlook) is crucial, as is effective planning and excellent customer service and communication skills.
